Its journey began in 1992 as an individual institution, evolving steadily until its formal establishment as a Kuwaiti limited liability company under the distinguished trade name, Al-Nawras Plastic Bags Company, documented in Articles of Association No. 1474, Volume 1, on May 7, 2001, with an initial capital of 75,000 KD.
The company’s ambitions and vision for growth prompted significant capital increments. By August 31, 2003, the capital surged to 275,000 KD, paving the way for further expansion endeavors. Fueling its trajectory of success, the company escalated its capital to 750,000 KD, signaling a robust stride forward. Undeterred by milestones achieved, the company’s ascent continued, culminating in a noteworthy capital increase to 1,000,000 KD on July 31, 2006.
